To submit a presentation for this event, please proceed as follows:

1 - Mac Users: You must use Firefox or Internet Explorer.

2 - Enter your speaker login name into the space provided.

3 - On your first visit to the site, please use the password: asc2026
You may create a new password upon login.

4 - Click the “Log In” button to enter the site.

Speaker Ready Room Check-In REQUIRED:

Even if you’ve uploaded online, you MUST check in with the Speaker Ready Room (Palm H-I) a minimum of 4 HOURS BEFORE your session starts, If you do not visit the Speaker Ready Room, your session moderator may not allow you to present.

Wednesday, February 4, 2025  5:30 AM – 6:00 PM
